The Mini Medical School is a free, physician-backed organization that educates students about medical concepts and the premed journey through discussions and hands-on experiences. We have organized dozens of successful sessions at the collegiate and high school levels, taught at nearly 20 schools in the DFW metroplex, and educated hundreds of students on topics such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, internal medicine, and cardiology. Our program serves to educate and expose students to healthcare and medical topics for free, allowing them to experience medicine without a cost barrier so that all students, regardless of socioeconomic background, can learn.
